Refund Policy

By purchasing the course through any computer, mobile phone or tablet or any electronic gadget, you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms.

These terms and various other policies are binding upon you as per the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 formulated under the Information Technology Act of 2000.

1.1 Once you purchase a course, you will get the email to download the course application within 30 minutes of purchase. In case of any queries, you can always send an email to info@brainpadapp.com

1.2 The course is available as per defined time frame in our mobile app. You can view it as many times as you want, for that time frame after purchase.

Our courses come with a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. At any point during these 14 days, write to info@brainpadapp.com to claim a refund. Once processed, the money will be returned to your original payment mode within 3-5 business working days. You may also find the contact information in your app after purchase as premium support.
